Join us on Tuesday February 24th from 7-930 pm for an evening of speakers and activities to inspire a community conversation on the future of the Comox Lake Watershed.
“Re-Think Our Watershed” will include:
- A facilitated panel discussion with representatives from the forest industry (Timber West), local government (CVRD), watershed management and conservation experts;
- A presentation from the CVCS on conservation perspectives of watershed management;
- Opportunities for you to participate and share your vision and ideas about the future of the watershed.
The intention of this event is to bring together parties in a positive, future-focused exchange of ideas on watershed management that can secure the health of the community’s drinking water source.
Re-Think Our Watershed will take place on February 24th from 7-930pm at the Stan Hagen Theatre.
Space is limited, so please register by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include your name and an email or phone number. We will send you a confirmation of your registration.
